Finanz was born in Italy with the ambition to become a leading European player, turning a complex starting context into a springboard for growth. The project was created by a young team starting from scratch driven by the determination to prove that finance can be made simpler, more understandable, and closer to people.
The challenge of financial literacy
Italy is a challenging market for financial education: according to the OECD, only a minority of the population has the necessary knowledge to manage savings, plan expenses, or evaluate investments. Finanz sees this challenge as an opportunity: to transform a structural limitation into a growth driver and create a new model of financial education.
An Academy for everyone
At the core of Finanz lies the Academy, a learning path designed to make finance accessible and practical. There are no dense manuals or traditional lectures, but micro-content, dynamic quizzes, and gamified features that transform study into a daily habit. The idea is simple: even five minutes a day, if well-structured, can make a real difference.
Technology and Personalization
More than 40,000 users have already joined the platform to acquire basic knowledge and track their progress. The company stands out for its strongly data-driven approach: a personalization algorithm tailors each path to the user’s initial knowledge and goals, guiding each person through a gradual learning journey.
AI as a social enabler
The true innovation of Finanz lies in the use of artificial intelligence. AI is not just a technological driver but also a social enabler, lowering barriers to access and helping build widespread financial literacy.
Finanz has already launched tests for an AI-powered chatbot integrated into the app, designed to perform several tasks in parallel: answering practical questions about how the app works, clarifying key personal finance concepts, suggesting learning paths aligned with each user’s progress, and explaining quiz errors to make learning easier.
The system relies on specialized agents and over 170 datasets capable of reading market data, economic indicators, news flows, and social trends in real time.
Growth, Mission, and Future Goals
While learning is the core focus today, tomorrow Finanz aims to integrate savings and investment services, building a complete ecosystem to guide users through every step of their financial journey: education, planning, and action in a single platform.
On the growth front, Finanz has attracted the support of prominent investors in the financial sector, including Giordano Martinelli, Vincenzo Cioffi, Matteo Ortisi, Davide Cataldo, Andrej Carpani, and Gino Paletti. This is a strong signal that confirms the solidity of the project and its ability to attract strategic capital.
Finanz aims to be a daily ally for users, helping them understand and manage their money responsibly. It represents an innovative initiative in the fintech landscape, focused on promoting financial literacy through the integration of technology and data analysis.
With a clear European development perspective, Finanz aims to reduce the information gap that too often penalizes citizens and to help build a future in which finance is no longer a privilege for the few, but a common language for many.
