If 2025 has taught us anything at The Connector, it’s that a little global magic goes a long way. By ‘magic,’ we mean a year-long whirlwind that lifted us from our Benelux roots to become a truly European, and even global, bridge for fintech ambitions and innovation. It’s been a period marked by transformative growth, new friendships, and a passion for connecting people and ideas across borders.

From Benelux to the Baltics and Beyond

We began the year realizing that being too comfortable in one region, like Benelux, also meant being a little exposed to risks and missing out on greater opportunities elsewhere. Embracing the need for change, we opened a brand-new office in Vilnius, right at the heart of the buzzing Baltic innovation scene. With our co-founder Sean not just adapting to Lithuanian life but truly thriving, and with the region’s fintech energy at our doorstep, we found ourselves right where we needed to be, at the intersection of fresh partnerships and dynamic innovation.

But our journey certainly didn’t stop at the edge of Europe. With David strengthening our presence in Hong Kong and building even more robust ties with Asia, we have been living proof that the world really is getting smaller. By reaching out across continents, The Connector bridges fintech ecosystems from East to West, helping clients and partners tap into new networks, business cultures, and regulations with confidence.

This year, as AI buzz grew louder with agents and automation, the question wasn’t whether technology could replace humans, but how it could empower the connections we create. In 2025 alone, we helped our clients participate in nearly 100 major events across the globe, acting almost like a global stage crew, we ensure partners shine at every major industry gathering.
