The Connector today announces the official launch of its new office in Vilnius, marking a significant milestone in the company’s continued expansion across Europe’s leading fintech hubs.

Founded to bridge fintechs, financial institutions, and ecosystem leaders, The Connector has become a trusted partner for industry collaboration through events, research, and strategic engagement. The decision to establish a presence in Lithuania reflects the country’s growing role as one of Europe’s most dynamic fintech ecosystems, supported by a progressive regulatory environment and a thriving community of innovators.

"Launching in Lithuania feels like a natural next step for The Connector," said Sean Murphy, Chief Operating Officer at The Connector. "Our mission has always been to build meaningful bridges across the global fintech landscape. Lithuania’s openness to innovation and collaboration makes it an ideal base to continue that journey."

The launch event will take place in Vilnius on Thursday, 23 October, bringing together senior fintech professionals, ecosystem builders, and industry leaders to celebrate the milestone and explore new opportunities for cross-border cooperation.

"Our goal is to connect people, ideas, and opportunities across borders," added Murphy. "With this new office, we’re proud to call Lithuania home and to contribute to the continued growth of Europe’s fintech sector."

In 2024, The Connector participated in over 75 industry events across 17 countries and has developed partnerships with more than 40 fintech associations and innovation networks across Europe and Asia. The Connector has become a gateway for fintech companies seeking to enter new markets, expand their visibility, and build trusted relationships with financial institutions, investors, and regulators.
